Action on the High School hardwood is now less than two weeks away. Official practice started last Wednesday, October 23rd, across the Texas Tri-Regions and the rest of the Lone Star State.
From the spring, to summer, and fall, our staff logged hundreds of games in watching the talent across the Tri-Regions. As a staff, we now give you our "Final" Super 60 rankings for the class of 2025.
Unanimously, point guard Kingston Flemings (Brennan HS) a Consensus National Top 25 prospect leads the class. He recently announced his Final Top 5 schools, and Houston, Gonzaga, Texas, Texas Tech, and Arkansas are all vying his commitment.
Ole Miss commit Patton Pinkins (Frenship HS) is our #2 prospect. The 6'5" wing from West Texas has been pledged to the Rebels for quite sometime, and is at the head of the class. Is a consensus National Top 90 prospect.
In the third spot is 6'10" center Jayden Leverett (Chapin HS). The big man exploded onto the scene last high school season and showed us a glimpse of his upside at the ACH Classic putting the Tri-Regions and State on notice. He recently committed to Vanderbilt and like Pinkins, will be headed to the SEC. He is the most ballyhooed high school recruit to come out of the #915 since Cliff Tucker roamed the courts and halls of Chapin HS back in 2007.
JoJo McIver (Ellison HS) used a torrid summer to send his stock soaring, securing a bevy of offers and deciding on Colorado State. The 6'2" combo guard put on a clinic at TABC in June, and he holds the #4 rankings in our Final Super 60.
Rounding out the Top 5 is Holy Cross commit, Aiden Disu (St. Michael's HS). A versatile 4/3 who showed improved consistency in being able to square up and be a threat from the perimeter, in addition to taking his man off the dribble and get to the rim. Disu's commitment means the Knights have dipped two years in a row into the Tri-Regions to secure a top talent.
